International Orders

Miz Mooz will ship most orders outside of the US via UPS Worldwide Economy Delivery Duties Paid. Using this method import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase will be calculated at checkout and charged along with the at rate shipping as detailed below.

Select countries will ship via USPS Priority Mail International, with a delivery window of one to four weeks. International shipments are charged a at rate, with the recipient responsible for import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase, as detailed below.

Can I return my international order?

Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions: 

• Miz Mooz will not provide a return label for international orders, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Freight, taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other fees will not be refunded.

What are the customs, taxes, and other fees?

You may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, fees which are not charged or calculated by Miz Mooz. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Miz Mooz has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees.

By placing an order on miz-mooz.com, you agree to the payment of these fees. Refusing any applicable fees will lead to the order being sent back to Miz Mooz, where it will be treated as a return with all associated return costs deducted from the refund.
