Miz Mooz is happy to offer free economy shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous United States. If your order is less than $99, or if you would prefer an alternate ship method, please see the options to the lower 48 US states below.

Do you ship outside of the contiguous United States?
We sure do! **Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau are charged a flat rate of $15.00 and will be shipped via an economy shipping method with a delivery window of one to four weeks. Please note, Miz Mooz will not provide a return label for orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Absolutely! Shipments to Military addresses are charged a flat rate of $10.00, and shipped via an economy shipping method with a delivery window of one to four weeks. Please note, Miz Mooz will not provide a return label for orders shipped to military addresses, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
How about International Shipping?
Miz Mooz will ship most orders outside of the US via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS Worldwide Economy Delivery Duties Paid. Using the latter method import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase will be calculated at checkout and charged along with the flat rate shipping as detailed below.

Can I return my international order?
Orders shipped internationally are subject to the same return criteria as domestic orders, with the following additions:
- Miz Mooz will not provide a return label for international orders, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Freight, taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other fees will not be refunded.
What are the customs, taxes, and other fees?
You may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, fees which are not charged or calculated by Miz Mooz. You are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with the purchase. Such customs fees, if applicable, are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. Miz Mooz has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees.
By placing an order on miz-mooz.com, you agree to the payment of these fees. Refusing any applicable fees will lead to the order being sent back to Miz Mooz, where it will be treated as a return with all associated return costs deducted from the refund.
